- FRAUD: Shawna sends out emails to various Minutemen asking them for donations. The checks are supposed to be made out to her and the money is to be given to her. According to Shawna, she was collecting for a Minutemen who was ill and needed help but was too embarrassed to admit it so she couldn't share his name.

- Forde went over the head of the Washington state leader, Washburn, while pretending to hold an office in the organization she no longer had. She wrote a letter to the president of governing agency above the Washington state branch of the Minutemen. In the letter to president Chris Simcox, Shawna fraudulently identified herself as media director for The Washington Detachment and alleged there was a lack of leadership in Washington state. He agreed to look into her complaints.

- Forde wrote Simcox again and proposed her plan that involved the creation of two outfits:
- A "border-watch" headed by the current leadership to watch the borders
- An "Internal watch" headed by her as leader with the purpose to harass undocumented workers and those who employ them within the US.

- It is finally decided to go through with firing Shawna from the Minutemen organization. A leader from MDCD, Carmen Mercer, flew in to Washington to handle the situation. Before she can be fired, Shawna attended a dinner meeting with Washburn and others. During the dinner, Shawna accused a member of diverting funds for his personal needs. Washburn laid into her because he had the same issue with Shawna. She stormed out of the meeting.

- Despite the firing, Chris Simcox tried to keep Shawna within the organization. He wanted her to perform "behind the scenes." She refused and informed him she is staring MAD.

According to Shawna, she had purchased it on her friend's employee discount and didn't want her to get in trouble so she arranged with security to bring it back.

- FRAUD: Shawna presents herself as a member of MDCD at a border watch in California. She was wearing a MDCD badge that would have meant she was fully vetted and could be trusted. The badge was not hers.

- Forde took her daughter Jaszmine to Arizona and took up residence in Glenn Spencer's RV again. However, he did not approve because of what occurred during her last stay. He kicked her out but Shawna asked if her daughter could stay. He sent them both packing and gave orders to keep Shawna away. She did not have any money to obtain a place to stay so she was forced to take Jaszmin back to Everette.

- Despite not having adequate income, Shawna took out a line of credit with her ex employer's credit union, Boeing Employees Credit Union. She used it to purchase a $30,000 orange Honda Element. She never made a payment on the car.

- DRUG USE: Shawna met Albert Gaxiola. She sent an email to Gilchrist about the encounter. She admited to using cocaine with the man but claimed it was to build his trust

John obtained a high-interest loan and put all of Shawna's debt into one lump payment while bringing her bills out of arrears. By December, she was caught up and only had the loan to pay off.
- John had been giving Shawna small amounts of money while the divorce terms were being decided; she continued to ask for more.
- A legal company called Peaceful Separations was handling the divorce. Shawna asked them one day what would happen if John suddenly died. He was worth 1/2 million dollars at the time.

- Shawna called John under the guise that she needed to know if he is going to be home so she can get some items
- John found the call suspicious because she had a key and it was the first time she had asked him that. He believed she planned on damaging his car.
- Later, a stranger enters his home, shot John 5 times and left him for dead.
- John called 911 and indicated to the operator he thought Shawna sent someone to kill him. John is initially in a coma but when he came to, he helpeds to create a sketch of his shooter. It looked like Thomas Gibler.

- THEFT/ FRAUD: She started racking up 1000's of dollars on John's credit and debit cards.
- FORGERY: She forged John's name on a $3,000 check to his credit union.
- John learned Shawna had previously forged his name on a $9,000 loan.
- John is either in the hospital or recovering in an unknown location while this is occurring.

- FILING A FALSE REPORT:
- Forde called 911 and reported a rape. When police arrive, she is 1/2 naked, hugging her knees, and sobbing that she was raped. A large number 13 is scribbled on the floor. It was the gang sign for MS-13, a Latino gang with ties to the Mexican cartel.
- When police try to interview her, she acted as if she could not respond, rolling her eyes and slurring her words. Police thought she was on drugs until she suddenly became alert at the thought of her purse being left behind and demanded the EMS stopped and grab it before wheeling her out of the home.
- Forde's injuries were superficial. The knife wounds were shallow and included hesitation marks. Some looked a day old.

- Forde had not yet given a police statement. Instead, she contacted the local paper and requested they do a story on her rape and the alleged link to the Mexican cartel.

- Shawna called her biological mother, told her she was being chased and had to duck into an alleyway to escape. Then she abruptly hung up the phone.
- THEN Shawna called her friend Kathy and engaged in a normal conversation except she was intent on telling her of her location. Shawna's tone changed and she claimed someone was following her. She said she had to duck into the alley to escape. Kathy heard "Oh God, Oh no" and the phone went dead. She first called 911, gave Shawna's location, and then called Shawna back. Shawna informed Kathy that she had been shot.
- Shawna did not try to call 911 between her mother's call and Kathy's.
- In both calls, she gave the impression the events were happening as she spoke.

- Forde's rape case is officially closed due to a lack of evidence to support it.

- MURDERER: Forde knocked on the Flores' door pretending to be border patrol in search of a fugitive. Her real intent is to steal money, drugs, and guns she believed to be in the home.
- Forde has two accomplices with her, Albert Gaxiola and Jason Bush. Bush executed Raul Flores and Brisenia Flores but only wounded Gina Gonzales before they all ran out.
- Forde returned to the home, found Gina alive, and ordered Bush to kill her. He failed on his second attempt as well and flees after being shot.

- AM: Forde calls Oakstar to obtain painkillers and antibiotics for Bush's wound. Oakstar is arrested on his way back from dropping off the medication.

- OPPORTUNIST: Forde posted the Flores' murders on her MAD site. She claimed they were the result of a "territory dispute" and used it to promote the need for MAD to protect the border.
